Private Swimming and Run Coaching Available
Private Swim/Run Coaching is an amazingly effective complement to your sport- specific training program. Our Endurance staff will work with you to identify and clarify your athletic goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, all with an eye toward improving your next big run.

Designed for the competitive endurance athlete who is committed to reaching their true potential and who wants off site training.

Our Online Endurance Coaching is specifically tailored to each athlete and his or her goals, these are not the plug-and-play training plans some other programs use. Frequent communication between the coach and athlete along with constant review.

  • Annual Training Plan prioritizing events
  • Training schedule issued weekly
  • Unlimited email contact
  • Unlimited phone calls (athlete initiated)
  • Nutritional fueling plan for training and racing
  • Learning essential skills related to endurance athletics
  • Running stride and/or video swim analysis
  • Race preparation and motivation - Event-specific taper plan
  • Race day strategy plan
  • Post-race analysis and debrief
