Shake & Bake Boot Camp

There is only one CrossFit Akron and we are proud to offer boot camp fitness to the Akron area. Others have come and gone but we’re still going strong.

Bootcamps are a great way to Get Fit and Stay Fit! By using randomized movements and cardiovascular training you can get the lean, toned body that you have always wanted.

We offer Shake and Bake Bootcamps in Hardesty Park, Firestone High School Track, and Sand Run Metro Park in Akron Ohio.

What is Shake and Bake Bootcamp?
Shake and Bake is a 4 or 8 week program that meets Monday through Saturday.

We believe in the theory that constantly varied high intensity workouts will achieve the best results for your overall fitness.

Our program is designed to jump start your fitness goals in a dynamic, outdoor setting. Our programming incorporates the best from CrossFit, kettlebell, HIIT, and traditional sports conditioning into our highly effective classes. Athletes who train with us will improve endurance, stamina, strength, speed, and overall health and fitness, while losing body fat, inches, and gaining confidence. The classes run an hour long, 3x per week. At the end of the 6-weeks, all athletes are ready to move into the Athletic Training classes.

Our instructors will challenge you to do your best each and every day. They may get a little loud but not to tear you down. They’ll be positive, motivating, and encouraging. There will be times that you’ll not like
your coach during the workouts, but not when you experience the results.

??Don’t be worried that you can’t do it. You can do it and we’ll help. Wedon’t expect you to do more than you can. We just want you to do your best.
