“Your Workout is our Warmup.”
When I saw this line on a CrossFit t-shirt, I chuckled to myself, I wondered, how intense can this possibly be? Following a few weeks of both rigorous mental and body training, it occurred to me that this slogan sums up everything I’ve been experiencing year after year of mediocre fitness routines. I try to lead an active lifestyle and attempt to take on a variety of different fitness routines. I’ve mentioned DDPP, Zumba, running, and much more here on this site. I’ve had more gym memberships than I can count, and taken countless fitness classes but have never experienced anything like CrossFit.
